After a global hardware outage over this week, we reached out for help after our phones did not come back online. I first communicated with Mick over the live chat and he talked me through some ways to troubleshoot, was incredibly friendly and very responsive. Unfortunately we were unable to resolve the problem remotely at which point he arranged for the account manager Agostino to come out in person and fix the issue. Agostino was here so quickly (I've never had an in-person technician arrive so quickly), very friendly too and resolved the issue straight away. I could not recommend this company enough and massive thank you to both Mick and Agostino for making a very stressful day, much left stressful!

We wanted to change internet providers for a while but were unsure as we were still in a contract. The guys from Fonet helped us to navigate through the paperwork and make the change so much easier. We got nbn 50/20 and it's been working really well. Their customer service has also been impeccable and they know their stuff. I know im talking to locals when I contact them. I would recommend them.

Highly recommended we were dealing with another provider and we were not happy with the service at all . We were recommended to to talk to these guys and haven’t looked back since.
