Principle Carrier Information

Fonet Pty Limited acts as a reseller only of the below listed Principal Carriers when providing the Telecommunications Services listed. We are entirely responsible to the end user for the Service whilst acting as a reseller. The carriers/ networks which we connect to are as follow:

  • Fixed Line: Telstra, AAPT, Optus
  • Fixed Broadband: Telstra, Optus, iiNET, AAPT, Pipe Networks, TPG, NBN Co.
  • Private Networks: Telstra, AAPT, Pipe Networks, TPG
  • Fixed Wireless Ethernet: BigAir
  • Mobile & Mobile Broadband: Vodafone, Optus, Telstra
  • VoIP/ IP Voice: AAPT, Symbio Networks, Optus, Vocus


We will connect you to the most suitable network based on location, application and cost at our sole discretion and without specific notice to you except in the case of mobile network connections.

 

Should you wish to specifically request a particular network, we will gladly consider the request only. Any specific requests are best done upon connection and initial application to avoid unexpected charges, connection expenses and early termination fees.

It is very important to note that the networks above are not always available for new connection requests. Whilst we will always endeavour to support any specific requests, we may be limited due to various factors which we may not be at liberty to disclose.
